Invitation to the 5th PLWF conference

The Platform Living Wage Financials is preparing for its 5th annual conference:
Date: October 13th, 2022
Time: 13:30 – 18:00 PM CET

Dear Sir or Madam,

You are invited for the annual event of the Platform Living Wage Financials that takes place on the 13th of October at the headquarters of ING Investment Management in Amsterdam.

[gdlr_text_align class=”center” ]Living Wage and Income; Stories on the ground[/gdlr_text_align]

Awareness on living wage and income has increased in the last couple of years. The PLWF members see companies’ action on implementing living wage and income maturing. However, long and complex supply chain structures make it difficult to truly understand what is happening on the ground. Therefore, during the 5th annual PLWF conference, we will listen to the Workers Diaries Foundation, an independent and direct channel for garment workers to express their issues, concerns and experiences in the global garment supply chain and discuss practical solutions companies can provide to effectively work towards a living wage or living income for workers on the ground.

The programme will start with a plenary part followed by two break-out sessions, one for the Garment sector and one for the Food, Agri and Retail sector.
