Living Wage; Pushing forward on progress
Awareness on Living Wage has increased in the last couple of years, and now the members of the PLWF start to see companies taking real action on implementing Living Wage. The annual conference will focus on companies and institutes that really have taken action to improve circumstances around wages in supply chain. We will hear from UNPRI, Unilever, Shirley Schijvens (Schijvens Mode), Kim van der Weerd, CNV, and Platform members on the latest solutions that really contribute to better pay for workers, the results from the living wage assessments 2021, best practices and the future of living wage. Both the garment sector and the food, agricultural and retail sector will be in the spotlights, in order to facilitate a cross sectoral discussion and learn from each other.
